Due to the nature of handmade apothecary products, all sales are final.
For safety, hygiene, and integrity of the product, we cannot accept returns on balms, oils, sprays, or any personal-use items once they have left our studio.
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re happy to repair the situation with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues
